This is now the present time, just remember the last chapter, and try to push that away for now. It will make more sense from now on.

The swings creaked slightly as the a small boy swung on it gracefully. He didnt get to high, his head was in the clouds, and his mind was off in another world. He swung slowly. His feet slid on the dirt below him, he could hear the sound his sneakers made on the ground. He had lived in the Town With No Name his whole life, he used to live with a whole family. His father and mother were like angels, and cared dearly for him.
Though his father was gone, and everyone blamed him. He got blamed for the murder of his uncle and father. Maybe he was in the wrong place, at the wrong time. Or maybe it was ment to be, but it didnt matter either way. He was to young to really remember much, and I guess he blocked the rest of what he did remember out. It was all a blur to him now. His mother even blamed him, his Aunt hated him anyway. He was scared he really did kill his father, because he loved his father very much. His mother sent him away to a "Child Care" house, typically a modern asylum that was a mix of a prison and motel.

His name was Elijah Caverly. He was the son of Nexus and Mackenzie Caverly. He was the golden child, of course until, the incident. His brother Pinn must have taken his place back at the house, but he wouldnt know, because he didnt really get out to much. He wasnt allowed. He always liked to pretend his father would come and pick him up one day, tell him it was all a dream. Though he knew it wasnt a dream, it was all to real.
Elijah tried to remember that day, but all he really remembered was an odd warm feeling coming over him. Maybe he was happy...no..it felt more like some kind of heat. He coudnt quite make it out, but he tried. He just needed a sign, but he knew no sign would come. Most people in town tried to forget he even existed. But even in a perfect place like the Town With No Name, people still would go rotten. Like maybe the Ratters from down the road, oh how he hated them.
Fate worked in weird ways I suppose, and for him it was nothing but whirls and twirls. He was so confused, and so tired of it all. He tried so hard, but to do what? He didnt quite know himself, and he thought maybe he would never figure it out. Of course he wanted the truth, he wanted the truth badly. He wanted his life back, but he knew even if he did know the truth, it would never be the same. I guess in some way this would all make sense one day, but today, he was lost in the darkness around him.

"Elijah!" A woman yelled running out to the white clothed boy on the wooden swing. Elijahs ears rung with the annoying screech from the woman, but he tried to give his best 'smile.' The woman ran up next to him and grabbed his arm. "Elijah, you need to get inside, its dark out, and you know the rules." She spit. Elijah did know the rules. All kids in bed by midnight, because if you awoke in the night, you would never see the light of another day.
Although Elijah never really believed that bullshit anyway. Though I guess somewhere deep inside of him, fear had him in its palm. The woman yanked him off the swing, his pure white thin shirt flowed behind him. She dragged him across the heavily guarded yard, moving her way to the door. Elijah just kinda went with it.
He could feel the warm welcome as they got inside the pure white building, making him shiver in a fearfull way. He tried to keep up to the woman best he could, but she was rather fast despite the fact she was a complete cow. He could hear screams of other patients, he could hear cries and pleas. Though in the end he knew they would go without answer, and he knew it all to well. Past white doors and white walls, they finally reached room 616. His room.
The woman threw him in and slammed the door shut. Elijah sighed and watched the fatass mock him through the small window on the pure white door. As she faded in the distance he finally got up and dusted himself off. The room was pure white, and rather dull to him. He was never given actual stuff to do, or barely eat, so he just sat there all day. Laying down on the soft white bed, he pulled the covers over him and spread himself across the bed.
He had a feeling he didnt belong here, but in the end, he didnt think he really belonged anywhere.
This chapter was made half fast, im tired as hell, and wanted to get it finished before bed. It really is boring, just introducing you to Elijah, who is the main character. I am hoping this series will expand easily, but who knows, my luck is shit.
